Guess The Anime

ok i will start of by giveing a brife summery of an anime character and the person who guesses it will give his/her summery the rules are:
-at least 2 min between guesses
-the first correct answer wins
-quote then summery u are trying to guess
ok heres my summery:
long gray hair, sword, old, really good fighter and is a bad guy

Isn't there a white-haired swordfighter in Cowboy Bebop?

I've never seen that anime, but I could swear I saw a character like that in amvs...though I couldn't tell how old he was or what his name is....
