Final Fantasy(Not Unlimited)

Does anyone know the name for this? I've been trying to search for it but to no avail... It was (I think) a four episode OAV. Also, does anyone know if it has ben transferred to DVD yet?

Its called Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals. But when I searched RightStuf for it, it was just called Final Fantasy OVA. Don't know if its out on DVD though. RightStuf only had it on VHS.
