Ok, here's how.

For pictures you find on the web, right click on the pict, select properties, copy the url and paste it into your post, select the entire url and hit the Img button at the top of the post window.
For your own pictures, get an account with a picture host, photobucket.com is popular and free I'm sure there are others, submit your pict to the host site, on photobucket you copy the bottom line under the pict and paste it into your post and you're ready to go.

Have fun and let's see some cute pictures. My 56k modem is smoking and my hard drive is melting it's so hot.
