Spike wasn't enhanced, he just had one of his eyes replaced. (The right eye, I think)

Also spike isn't Super Fast nor is Vash if you thought about it Vash is just super-human smart thus being able to predict bullet projectory and such.

I know about Spike's eye. I was just giving a general list.
Even still Vash has beyond human powers to include an angelic arm cannon. He has the upper hand, but would run away. Or survive getting run down by a spaceship.

Well, in a realistic situation that brings their personalities in to play, there would never be a true winner...though Vash clearly beats out Spike in terms of sheer power and skill. (Spike is still cooler, though!)
