ARE YOU MAD??? IF Zero wanted to destroy Epyon ,one well placed blast could have destroyed him.and the devil gundam.... if Heero was in there he would have turned it to dust with his Double rifle blast. If it could destroy a colony or a meteor it could definitely have destroyed devil gundam. With Heero in the seat Zero is invincible.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHa.

I heard one of the other reasons the original Gundam got snubbed was because all of the Gundam Wing fan girls hated it because there wasn't a single cute boy in it.

"EWW! This Amuro dork is ugly! Where's Heero and Duo? I'm never watching this stupid show again! :x "
Probably too busy to be here right now.

Why?
Because The most powerful Gundam is in it.THE one and all powerful Gundam zero and the best pilot of all time Heero.Who else would self destruct his own gundam while still in it and live.and for another the double X-Gundam could not beat zero.oh and dont forget the movie Endless Waltz.IT WOULD PUT YOU IN A COMA!!!
Umm...I hate to break it to you, but Wing Zero is hardly unbeatable.

For one, it barely trumped Epyon, that alone proves it's not completely invincible.

For another point, there are actually quite a few Gundams that could successfully defeat Wing Zero
What about in Stardust Memory near the end when the RX-78GP03 Gundam "Dendrobium Orchis" appears? The I-field's ability to deflect beam weaponry, the size and speed, and the armorments.

...here I was worrying this wouldn't be as much fun...
Gogetasan85 wrote:ARE YOU MAD??? IF Zero wanted to destroy Epyon ,one well placed blast could have destroyed him
Umm...he tried that once, Zechs proceeded to use the heatrod/whip to yank the rifle from his hands while he was getting a lock on him. A powerful gun's nothing if you can't shoot it in time
.and the devil gundam.... if Heero was in there he would have turned it to dust with his Double rifle blast. If it could destroy a colony or a meteor it could definitely have destroyed devil gundam. With Heero in the seat Zero is invincible.
Not likely...Devil wasn't an ordinary colony. Plus, that colony was mainly only destroyed in the sense he just put one hole in it and the inhabitants were sucked out into space. The DG cell technology that the Devil's packing would allow it to easily repair any hole the buster rifle managed to make (and, given the rifle only has a limited number of shots, the odds aren't looking good on Heero.)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHa.
What? No attempts to put down the Moonlight Butterfly attack?

Harlock: Actually, that could work...granted that I-Field can only stand up to so much at one time, but even then, I get the feeling the buster rifle's impact would be taken down several pegs thanks to that I-field. Throw in the fact Kou doesn't have to shoot so much as just proceed to dump his ammo...

DTJB:

That, among other complaints, was a big one I heard.

Two of the others were that the Gundam for the series was too plain looking by comparison to Wing's stylish uber-suits, and that people felt it wasn't as deep because they didn't feel needs to break from the fighting to lapse into long-winded monologues on ideology. (I dunno...they may not have needed to wax political nearly as often, but then again, at least they practiced what they preached (as opposed to, say, Wufei speaking of honor than killing a group of trainees in their sleep, or Quatre killing when he could have just crippled and apologizing for it.)

...but I digress

Two of those three complaints also got covered in people getting upset with the fact the show was animated in the 70s (...I hate to tell them this, but Japanese animators can't be bothered to update a series artwork just so it's more accessible to the younger set...)

Yes, completly understandable. But I am glad we worked through this misunderstanding. Nice to have met you.

Now I must ask, Isn't Moonlight Butterfly limited to space use only?

I'll humbly agree with Wing Zero not being the most powerful Gundam. Now in Wing, it may be true that it's the most powerful, aside from Epyon of course.

Likewise, at last someone worth time talking to.
Well I'm off, again, see ya later.

Are people here still fighting about which Gundam is better?

I highly doubt we're fighting over it. For the most part, I see this as intelegent conversation.

You're right, this is very intelligent.

I shall bring this topic to the table in my next philosophical discussion.
