well if it's coming from the Renewal, I'd assume yes it is the one to get, how ever with all this anticipation, I'll still wait a good month after the first disc's release before I buy it, just to see if there's some issues or artifacts in the picture (remember ADV's release of the first Eva disc before?). I still like to know what I'm getting before I buy it.

Except that I won't be getting it for a while. Volume 1 comes out at the end of July, and I leave for Tokyo at the end of August. I'd rather not start a series that I can't easily follow while I'm away, so the plan is to have my family keep track of my series and bring'm all over when they visit me in December. So, I'm playing the waiting game just like everyone else...
