Misha definitely doesn't have a mental problems, it's got to be some sort of health problem, at least that's what I think.

Hanako is just a social recluse because of the dis-figuring burn.

Lilly is blind, simple as that.

Shizune is deaf and mute, nothing more.

Emi legs were amputated because of some accident, nothing more.

Have you played the Rin route? Her actions are really bizarre. And I get the distinct feeling that she has mental problems.

Yes, Rin is strange, although that could be just her personality. At one point she just stands in the middle of the road at night...
