Pretty much everything that happened in episode 4.

Hand Maid May:
The scene between Kazuya and his decendent from the future, Commadner Z.

Kazuya: You're my decendent, which makes me your ancestor! Show some respect!
Commander Z: (kneels down to pray) Rest in peace, departed soul...
Kazuya: AHHHHH!!!!! Don't pray to me! That's bad luck!

Azumanga:
Osaka with the knife. Need I say more?

Goldenboy:
In the first episode when the Presedent woman spat at Kintaro. You have to see. I can't describe it.

When Little Washu turned to Mature Washu and tried to smooch Tenchi, what made it funny was the look on their faces.

When Kakashi transformed to a near dead Sasuke which made Sakura Scream.

When Izumi made her entrance into Greeds lair and he's like "im sorry, who the hell are you?" she replies with "PISSED OFF!" with big sharp teeth like Greed.

the funniest thing ever.
When Armstrong has a flexing contest with Mr.Sig, but its tooken completly seriously.

I gess the one that got me going was a part from FMA were al scared ed half do death in the desert and then ed kicks him and saind poors out of al bering ed.

Just saw an (especially) amusing moment on One Piece episode 159.

Anyway, the Going Merry was stuck on a sacrificial alter and Zoro, Nami, and Robin were climbing up to the crows nest to grab a vine and swing across the water (they were in the middle of a jungle). So Zoro climbs up first, grabs the vine, clears his throat, then yells out an awesome Tarzan "AAaaAAaAaHHHHH" as he swung across.

When Nami went across she almost hit a tree to which Zoro told her, "It's because you didn't do the call."

There's this thing in FLCL where the giant robot pops out of Ninamori's head. Anyway, Canti's fighting the darn thing and somehow Ninamori's shorts come right off. Canti's blushing like crazy trying to get them back on.

Oh, and in Zatch Bell, well...
"100% FRUIT JUICE CONCENTRATE!!"
