When it comes to subs and dubs I do both, though i do like subs more. A lot of times I think Japanese VA do a much better job getting the emotions of the characters down than American VA. Like the Japanese VA that did Chiyo-chan on AzuManga. I can't see her with any other voice than that one, it was just so perfect and sooo cute

. On top of that, there are numerous amounts of anime's that I know of that just have crapy dub to begin with.
The few times I do watch my anme in dub is because of one of the following reasons.
1) My friends are over and they don't like to read subtitles.
2) It is late and I am too damn tired to read subtitles.
3) The subtitles are going so fast I can't keep up with them (This mainly ocurred during Excel Saga).
Then somtimes I even watch dubs with english subtitles on just so I can compare the too. Sometimes it is really funny to see how different the two actually are.
