Hmmm, here's a few I can recall

Asuka vs the Eva Series in "End of Evangelion"

Terry Bogard n' Crew vs Loucorn/Mars in "Fatal Fury: The Movie"

Van vs Dilandu (sp?) in "Escaflowne the Movie" preticularly the armor battle when Van finally goes apeshit.

Naota vs Haruko in "FLCL ep 6"
Haruko/Atomsk vs Giant Robot Hand "FLCL ep 5"

Isamu vs Guld vs X9 Ghost Fighter in "Macross Plus Movie Edition" the battle between Guld and the X9 in the movie edition IS THE SHIZAM!

Yu vs Col. McDougal in "Spriggan" it's fun to watch a kid beat up a dude...with MIND BULLETS

RK: Kenshin vs. Saito, Makoto, and Inishi
X: Subaru vs. Shinomori (uhh...i dont think i spelled his name right...gomen...)
Inuyasha 3rd movie: Inuyasha vs. Sesshoumaru
MKR: Umi vs. Chizeta
Flame of Recca: Tokiya vs. the supposed killer of his sis (4got the name of the guy...sad...)
Hellsing: Arucard vs. Incognito
Gundamn G: Domon vs. Raine

Vicious Vs Spike (real folk blues #2, also Ballad)
The fight at the end of Eva when the base is getting raided.
Also Asuka vs the Eva's (parts great)
Sen Vs Gonche (Tenjou Tenge, the end)
Takayami Vs Mistuoimi (Tenjou Tenge, third Episode)
Kenshin Vs Everyone "The army" (The end of the Ova)
Fushigi Yugi Episode 20, Tamahome vs Tasuki
Fushigi Yugi Ep #11 Fight between Tamahome and Nuriko
Spike Vs Vincent (Last fight at the end of the Movie)

Neji vs Naruto, and the first battle in evangelion, the Eva 01 against the angel. I think that the berseker mode is the best.
