I concur with Tenchi being a yutz.

The chicks all over him are due to no effort or charm of his, just the scriptwriters trying to get "Dude, I wish I was him" viewers.

I'd say if you're going to qualify as a player, you have to actually snare the chicks, not just accidentally have them like you for no apparent reason. ;P

So, in that vein, I'd bet it's someone in hentai - but of course, I have to play close to type and vote for Akio. Without leaving his room, practically, he managed to score/molest/make out with *counts up* about eight people. And this is on a show where sex is actually taken seriously (maybe too seriously), not a "whoops, Tenchi/Keitaro/YourNameHereFanboy scored again, tee hee" show.

...though Touga beats him in sheer volume, I guess. I think somewhere they say he went out with 50 girls in a row? The cell-phone episode. Something outlandish like that. But in the end he's still Akio's bitch.
