Hmmm...a lot of what I'm interested in is already here...still...
I voted for Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam (since if Viz's record with Gundam is any indication, even if they licensed it right now, we prob. wouldn't see it published until 2010)
Other than that, blanked on any others that weren't already here

Here are a few, I know these only by reputation though.
Akahori Satoru - MAZE (Anime tie-in)
Akatsuka Fujio - Tensai Bakabon (Considered a classic humour manga. Appeared in a Kodansha bilingual edition, as did GTO and Love Hina, which are also Tokyopop titles now.)
Anzai Nobuyuki - Flame of Recca (Anime tie-in)
Araki Hirohiko - Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (Anime tie-in)
Egawa Tatsuya - Golden Boy (Anime tie-in)
Fujii Mihona - Gals! (Anime tie-in to Super Gals!)
Fujisawa Tooru - Shounan Jun'ai-gumi! and Bad Company (These titles feature Onizuka before GTO)
Houjou Tsukasa - Cat's Eye (A well known title. It has been translated into French.)
I doubt that either of the titles I mentioned in my earlier post would be translated by Tokyopop, due to the etchi/hentai content.

What do you mean intereting KADOKAWA R00LZ! SO DOES KODANSHA!JHU Battousai wrote:And Tokyopop already has RG Veda, Shin Shunkaden, Tokyo Babylon, Suki Dakara Suki, Gohou Drug, and Watashi na Suki no Hito...
There's no more CLAMP to license...Unless you want to go back to Shoten. That could be interesting...

I mean "interesting" in the hurdles TokyoPop would have to jump over to get the rights to Shoten, since it was CLAMP's last doujinshi before going pro with RG Veda, so it's not under Kodokawa's umbrella. They'd have to talk to the artists directly.danielwang wrote:What do you mean intereting KADOKAWA R00LZ! SO DOES KODANSHA!
