El Hazard eh? ....heard of it and seen ..plenty of "pics" from the show....is there any nudity in it casue i saw Girls Bravo and did not know it had nudity so i was like WTF! casue i have my who constantly bugs me to go while i watch so yea that was bad.

El Hazard has some nudity, but I've never seen Girls Bravo so I'm not sure if it is at the same level.

It's not a romantic comedy, but it does have some romantic elements, so I definately suggest trying out The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Mahoromatic - Automatic Maiden and the sequel, Mahoromatic - Something More Beautiful have a whole lot of nudity and fanservice (it's from Gainax), but give it a try.

Another series from Gainax I suggest is His and Her Circumstances (Kare Kano). Warning: the series ends abruptly in the middle of a storyline (the reasons are somewhat involved), but I feel that what is there is definately worth seeing.

If you don't want any nudity, skip Sakura Diaries. El Hazard has vey little nudity, I don't remember any.

Vandred is another very humorous romantic comedy. For just comedy try Azumanga Diaoh, this schoolgirl comedy had me rolling on the ground laughing. Not much romance unless you count the one girls crush on miss Sakaki.
