I'm confused is it a 3-D style anime or is it a FF7 remake? I'M SO LOST!!!!!!!!

and while I'm on this topic, what anime was "XP-chan" in?

I dunno if that's even her actual name, I just saw a post debating flash as a viable amv production media and i stumbled onto it... *whimpers* help me...

It is a movie that takes place two years after the original ff7 ends...
Something like FF spirits within... in what regards the animation...
I Wouldn't call 3-d movies anime...i don't know why but....it's not the same feeling watchin a 3d movie than watchin an anime...

The story takes place two years after the end of Final Fantasy VII. The planet has become a peaceful place, industry and cities seem to be in ruins. However most of the surviving people have been affected by "Star Scar" syndrome (or Seikon-Shoukougun in Japanese).

Cloud has been living alone, likely having lost those who were his friends and companions in FFVII. He feels some guilt as to what he had done in attempting to save the world. Was it the right thing to do? Was it all worth it. He feels alone in the world as it is now.

Thats what I know about the movie. I heard that most of the old characters from FF7 will appear in the movie but not all I suppose (though sephiroth seems to be there).

XP-chan is in [url=ttp://heika-love.cool.ne.jp/troubled_windows.html]troubled_windows[/url], a flash video, not a full-length anime. Her full name is Windows XP.

well tifa and cid is in there and tifa has a pink ribbon tied around her arm for aeris. I have a poster with her on it.

basically it's about two years after ff7 and is gonna have vincent barret tifa and a bunch of sepheroth lokk alikes that cloud and the gang take on I guess and the graphics are gonna be like the other movie

It'll be coming out on dvd and psp in 2005
