Does anyone know if the Dragonball Kanzenban (Perfect Edition) is out in America yet?

Nope. Probably won't be for a while, if ever. Viz may go back and release them once they're (eventually) done putting out the original 42-volume run, but whatever. Some interesting info you may or may not know about the kanzenban releases:

The May 2004 domestic Shonen Jump's cover featured artwork from the 16th kanzenban's cover -- new artwork of Vegeta drawn by Toriyama exclusively for the kanzenban release (Toriyama drew new cover-art for each kanzenban). Check it all out here.
The original 42-volume release is squeezed into a new 34-volume release for the kanzenban (nothing's cut out; the pages are bigger, and there are more pages per volume, but it's still the same series, page for page, except...)
Toriyama drew a brand-new, full-color, four-page ending to the series, which includes Goku flying off with Uub, and handing over Kintoun to him. Check it out here
