For slutty and naked I would have to say Yuki from Mosquiton. And she has two forms, the Mr Oni friendly innocent girl form, and the big breastisisted adolescent form. Both quite delicious.

What is it with characters going from young and innocent... then morphing into slightly older and sexy. It's almost a genre in itself. Is this some sort of refection of young kids always wanting to grow up fast... or just companies trying to please both the Mr Oni's of the world and those who prefer older types.

I think that the best looking anime character is knshin from ruroni kenshin. But my first fav is still cell games gohan ssj 2!!!!
