Quiz for OP's - JAADV

Hey all,
it seems that my op count is running very low, and to help bolster it, I decided to give out some OP's - with a small catch (there's always a catch, ain't there)

The catch - I will give out an OP to the first person who can answer correctly questions about my latest video JAADV [Just Another Azumanga Daioh Video]. My OP's tend to be very detailed so if you're game for the challenge, read the rules below:

RULES FOR THE JAADV QUIZ-FOR-OP THREAD
1. if you have not already, download and watch my latest video JAADV [Just Another Azumanga Daioh Video].
2. I will post one question about the video at a time - the question can cover any and all aspects of the video - editing style, the song, the anime, etc.
3. if you think you know the correct answer to the question asked, post a reply to this thread.
4. if you are the first person to answer all parts of the question correctly, I will declare you the winner - there is no 'partial credit' for answers that are mostly correct. If I announce you the winner, I will do an OP for any video of your choice (note, it does NOT have to be your own video - if you are the giving type, you can give your winning OP to someone else if you so desire). You are not required to return the OP; but as always, a reciprocal OP or a QC are always appreciated.
5. after I OP the video, I will post here again saying so and will add a new question and start the quiz again.
6. to give everyone a chance, you may not win twice in a row - so a previous winner must sit out at least 1 question before they would be able to win another OP from me.
7. I am the final arbiter of all discrepancies - I will try to be as fair as possible to all answers given, but be prepared to back up your responses.
8. I will continue asking questions and giving out OP's as my time permits.

QUESTION #1:
How many times to do each of the teachers appear in the entire video? Count each 'scene' the character appears as being a single occurrence. An example of a scene: between 0:47 and 0:55 is a single occurrence of Osaka.

Of course... if you meant the number of times each individual teacher appears:

Yukari: 13
Nyamo: 7
Kimura: 3

QUESTION #2:
there are 2 named 'characters' who appear exactly once in the video - name both characters.
(hint - Chihiro is not one of them - she appears twice in the video)
