Yeah, you're probably right. It's hard to explain the concept of a psychedelic video... especially with all the drug-free narcs on this site.

I can take or leave the op, but if you haven't seen it already, you may find this video interesting. It's somewhat more "needlessly impenetrable" than "psychedelic", though.
