Usually I'm able to open .rar files with winzip, but this one is being stubborn.

I got hold of my copy of winrar rather easily via the internet if ya do a lil "creative" searching. Well hopefully you get ahold of winrar cause it is worth the trouble in my opinion.. just make sure you crank the volume cause the song is really quite in the begginning.

I'll take a look and see if I can find it, I don't know if you know this but there is a rule against uploading zipped files to the server, most likely because it can't be scanned for virii. Another reason is probably because of the same problem we are having now. I won't say anything, but you might consider that in the future.
