Guitar. Still an beginner I stopped lessons like 2 months ago cause of my dad's work schedule, he couldn't drive me to my lessons..still want to continue though. I can't even read guitar tabs. And I have a boring classical -__- I wanted an electric. Blehh.

Electrics are awesome, but classics are beautiful. Particularly when played well. And they're better to learn on. Electrics make you lazy.

I like Classics and accoustics. They're both very nice. At the moment, I'm looking at a VERY nice little Washburn hollowbody electric.. but that's mainly because I've already got an accoustic, and I'm not a good enough finger picker to play a classic.

And "Cut n' Fades" is, of course, a reference to the AMV hobby... since we cut footage... then use fades on it.

I'm slow. A friend recommended Les Pauls and Gibsons for electric. Don't know if they're good but I guess I can trust his judgement. He's awesome on an electric he can play Asian Kung-fu Generation crazy good. I envy him -_-'

Electric is definitely cooler and you have more fun with it, but I guess it depends on the person which one he'd prefer. I love rock and metal so electric of course , although if you're gonna get an electric guitar it's no use without a good sound processor. You get easily bored if you use only one distorsion.

I've played a Gibson Les Paul before... they're awesome, but they're a little overpriced.. something to the effect of 1200$. I'm still a beginer, so I'm going to go with a cheaper alternative; the Washburn stuff.

Electric is cooler, yes... but I'm saying you can't downplay the sheer beauty of a good accoustic or classic.

I could probably be pretty satisfied with a Crybaby... but a friend of mine has this bass multidistortion pedal that does some really cool sounding stuff. Sure, it can blow your amp (more easily), but still, it's awesome.

ESP and Carvin basses ftw. Steve DiGiorgio uses both (DiGiorgio has two or three double-neck ESPs too), and Langlois from Cryptopsy uses a Carvin.

I play euphonium/ baritone, and this is my seventh year playing. I also play electric guitar, but I haven't really been all that into it, so I'm still a novice. I'm also figuring out how to play tuba, since I'm required to.

By the way, Cut n' Fades is an awesome band name XD

Haven't touched a tuba in like...3-4 years, but I imagine I could pick one up and start playing in about a month or two of practice, maybe a few more to get the lip callouses back. :/

I'm a competent air drummer at least, I've always wanted to sit at a actual drum set and see if I could hold a rhythm for a whole set or not.
