Being at the age where I start hating being a year older. Not so much for the simple fact of it, but because of the rut I've been stuck in for so long without being in touch with any of my friends and simultaneously knowing that I have to deal with the anxiety that keeps me from reaching out if that's ever going to change.

It's just depressing.

Know that a friend here is in a relationship and suddenly
feel bad because you don't know about his life since a very
long time....I shoul work less and have a time to talk
to him, or my other pals.

When I'm having me time in the bathroom at work and the cleaning lady comes in and sprays her shitty ass smelling freshening spray all over the place. It smells horrible and it's so strong it causes me a migrane.

Seriously, any heavy fragrance causes me a migraine so this annoys me to no end.

And.... She just sprayed the room again one last time as she leaves......
