Need help to who sings this song

Im not sure who sings the song but I know it's a girl who sings it . It has the Robert Miles "children" music in the background. If anyone could tell me who sings it that be so great and I'll really appreciate it.

Have you tried any of the remixes of "Children"? - I'm sure there's tons of them out there, and one is atleast bound to be the song you're looking for..
