I would have to say The intro music for Final Fantasy X. I also like just about all the Rurouni Kenshin music. The Dragon ball Z intro is pretty good also. I also love the Full Metal Alchemist opening and closing songs. :D

i would say the song of Setzer, the gambler from final fantasy VI is one of the most beautiful melodies ever.
