The AMV contest returns for it's 8th year at Animethon, Canada's oldest Anime Festival. Rules are up HERE. Deadline for submissions is on June 25, 2010.

This year will be my 8th year I’m involved with running Animethon’s AMV contest. As I am also this year's Chair and my duties will make me very busy, I have a co-coordinator for the contest this year and I'll let him introduce himself. He’s a new comer to the AMV Contest scene, but very dedicated and enthusiastic so I'll be teaching him everything I know (well, maybe not everything :wink: ) and working along side him in all aspects of the contest.

We both look forward to your entries and another great contest!

Hello to all from AMV land!
My name is Paul Zabala and I will be Vlad's new lackey er... I mean co-coordinator for this years AMV contest!

As Vlad mentioned I am new to the scene but I have been a fan of anime in general for almost 7 years now and I have an extensive background with all things computer mwahahahahaha. In order to meet the expectations of myself, Vlad and all of you guys, Vlad will be monitoring my progress as if he were watching me under a microscope :shock:

Seriously all kidding aside I look forward to working with everyone involved and everyone that will be joining us for this and will work hard to not only meet those expectations but exceed them in every way.
