No online submission? It just seems like such a chore to burn and mail a CD. It's NOT, but it just SEEMS like it, since I could have submitted it online in time it took to read rules and type this reply.

Sorry, but unfortunately at this point in time we have not planned on a set-up to receive online submissions. I'll bring it up that people desire to have a means to submit entries online, and if they are able to set something up (keep your fingers crossed). I'll make a note of it here and on the Official web site.
