We do, just PM/email Jingoro, let him know it's a bad encode and wait for a response. But even if he doesn't get the PM or see the e-mail they QC all submissions and if they see it's encoded badly they should e-mail you and let you know that you need to reupload it (IIRC I think that's what the box where you enter a code is for.)
Gimme a minute, I'll make a cool one....
