You may actually submit mp4, mkv, or m4v. I'm sorry for the confusion, we're trying to remove all the horrendous tech from the rules, since .MP4 files are pretty common and supported by most programs now. Fyi, the maximum upload size is currently set at 512,000 KB (~512 MB). This is not, and I want to be clear, any invitation to "maximize" your quality within the upload constraint. We've got to store all of these and we greatly appreciate efficiently compressed high quality files.
