Wow, a tantalizing 0-for-4 for making finals (getting nominated) in Pro for me. Well, at least I'm consistent..... Hooray for the finalists.

Looking over the stats:

-- Out of the 43 entries this year in Pro, 27 of them were nominated for at least 1 of the 15 categories. That means a staggering 5 out of 8 videos (roughly 62.79%) were nominated.
-- 12 videos were nominated in 2 categories (2 of which I'm surprised got nominated at all, quite frankly)
-- 7 videos were nominated in 3 categories
-- 2 videos were nominated in 4 categories

To my surprise, certain favorites I nominated *didn't* make finals. (No, I didn't nominate hello.jpg or Sunshine.) To me, this really *has* been a semi-lack-luster AWA Pro this year.... then again, with 27 out of the 43 videos nominated for at least one category, there's still some good stuff being put out there.

"Oh man I didn't make the finals... wait I didn't enter this year." lol. I wish I could have seen the videos this year. I just didn't have anything finished for this year contest. This video I've been working I get inspiration and then it dies. Get inspiration and then it dies again. However I think I should have it for Anime USA.

Good luck to everybody this year. I can't wait to see the pro videos when they are released.

WAHOO! i broke my streak!!!!! i usually get nominated every year and never win, but for the first time, i didnt get nominated! i'd like to thank all the editors who voted against me. ^,^ good luck to those still in the contest tho.
