AWA 2011 - Contest deadlines (all past)

I have had some things come up... all the videos should be checked by this weekend, which will move them from a pending to a submitted state

if you provided a url, or uploaded via ftp, those videos will be checked and conformed by Saturday... as far as the permission slips, I am working on the admin side of my site, and it should be done by the time gencon is over... which will allow Jingoro to mark the permission slips as received.

We also looked at the time lines required for pro, and will be extending the deadline by 1 week... to August the 15th...

as far as 48 fps playback, we will be using a powerful computer, mplayer2, and a high definition projector to output the videos to the screen.

if you want to know what your video will look like, download mplayer2, and play it on an lcd or otherwise non interlaced computer screen

Just a question. I live in the UK, and I really can't travel to America anytime soon, but can I enter the Expo contest anyway? This is my first time attempting to enter a contest, and I'm really quite lost.
