I think I found out what the prizes for winning will include.

Ulead has contributed copies of MediaStudio Pro 7 and VideoStudio 8 to be awarded to winners of the Anime Music Video contest, in which contestants edit Japanese animation and set it to music.

Sure are, If you entered your video but did not make the semi-finalists you video will not be shown at the contest.

OH HELL YEAH!

THEY GOT MY VIDS! I've been trying for so long, but I finally got em in! AHA HA HA! I'm in a pyschotic happy state now! I'm finally gonna have my vids shown at AX's AMV contest.

By the way, I entered the maximum number they allow(specifically 3). One for Drama, one for Comedy and one for A-Mtv. The videos I sent are "Anime's Greatest Hits(and Misses)!", "All that you can't leave behind...", and "We could be Heroes." You do the math where these videos go to which category, other than that..............well....just a little rant!

oh yeah, one more thing...............................EVA 4 EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

another question guys-

so the ticket vouchers we get are only for the AMV contest, which means we still have to buy tickets for the actual expo?

maybe i should be asking a-e

Yes, undoubtedly. You can't go to the AMV contest unless you are a convention attendee. That is the universal law of the universe!

Um, well, not really.

They can't really really keep your out for the amv contest, since they can't really charge admission to see the anime. They can't profit off of it because they don't get the a licsence that say that can. I don't think you can get a ticket with out it though. They do check for your pass though. I'm not too sure how it would work, but I bet you could bullshit your way in. I might end up doing that one year if I'm too busy to stay at ax for the the rest of the time.
