Nekocon 2015 AMV Contest RESULTS PAGE 1!!!!!

If I have an AMV that isn't "upbeat" (the song is the middle by jimmy eat world) but it isn't romantic either, though the anime attached to it is a romance, would I be better off submitting it as romance or maybe drama?

Place it in the category you think is best. If the judges feel like it is misplaced in the category. We will email you and ask if it would be okay to move your entry over to another category instead. We want to make sure all the videos get placed and judged appropriately.

11) Prizes will be presented at some point during the convention. If the contestant is not attending the convention, he/she is responsible for arranging for receipt of their prize at their own expense however, plaques and certificates will be mailed out after the convention courtesy of Nekocon. All prizes not claimed by December 7th,2015 will become property of the convention.

If possible, I would like clarification here. If we win will we have to pay for our awards or not because at first it says we would, but then it says they would be mailed out courtesy of Nekocon so I'm just a bit confused.
