Before we announce the finalists I wanna to thank everyone who submitted to this years show at Oni-Con, we had 80 submissions that totaled to be close to 4 hours worth of videos which we had to binge watch each and every one of those videos. It’s never easy to take that many videos and have to shrink it down to a 2 hour show.

For the ones who didn't make it to the show at Oni-Con, do not fret as all the videos that were submitted will make to air on our TV show in our up-coming seasons.

I also wanna take this time and approach an issue we encountered and it’s pretty much happens every year, TV logo/streaming website watermarks.

Its pretty obvious that some participants are not reading the rules & guidelines that we provide (even tho they say they do by check boxing it in the submissions form), and not just that, having TV logo/streaming website watermarks is pretty much a big no-no across many other AMV Contests so it makes us ponder why are they sill submitted. Perhaps they think we wouldn't notice?

It’s a shame too because some videos that we watched were decent and good but were immediately disqualified after TV logo/streaming website watermarks were seen.

That being said, for potential AMV creators, please avoid capturing your source videos from TV or video streaming websites. Please purchase your material or find other means of getting clean material.

Congrats to Sephirothskr on making the finals and to all the other finalist. Just wow...I'm in disbelief over comedy I was for sure Glory Questor and I nailed this thing out of the park. Wonder what's going on with it?
