It all depends on how fast your internet connection is. It'll tell you once it's done uploading and it will then allow you to click the submit button.

Once you click the submit button, it'll refresh on the entry page and you'll receive a confirmation email from DrRadicalYue@yahoo.com once I've had the chance to give it a once over to verify it complies with the rules.

My connection speed is pretty good right now, according to testmyspeed.com my upload speed is 335kbps (which means if I actually achieved that speed the upload should have taken around 10 minutes). Since the NDK site give no numeric indication of the uploads status I have no idea if the upload is actually making any progress.
