PMX AMV Contest 2013 The List (Updated: Winners on Page 2)

Actually I was looking at rule #9. Which states

Entries must be predominantly anime and/or video game footage (at least 80% by individual run time). The audio portion must be primarily music. Excessive use of live action sequences and/or narration/dialog may be grounds for disqualification.

Ah, is that in reference to the Shingeki No Squarepants vid? If so, I'll probably pull that and put the Maiden Dash video. Will I have to remove the credits at the end that state the song/anime or did I mis-read on that part?

Deadline is this Sunday (10/06/13).

Please submit you FTP request in soon and up load your entries. Once the deadline has pass our staff will go through the entries and see if they meet the guidelines set forth by the contest rules. We will contact those who have submitted before the deadline if any changes need to be made to their entry(s). I look forward to what everyone is bringing to the table this year.

I'm sorry for that Hal. That as an unspoken rule we had for the past years but decided to put it in written terms. We may or may not make some adjustment for the future to allow for some leeway, but unfortunately it's too close to the deadline to be implementing changes.

No problem. I've no problem following rules. I just don't always remember to READ them.

The deadline has came and went. Thanks to all of the people who submitted entries I didn't have to extend it (although it was scary during the last week). My editing staff is in a bittersweet mood. They are happy that they can begin their part of the workload on time , but you 'd think they are kinda sad they didn't get to do... things to me... they actually showed me one of the things they had planned if I had extended the deadline... a flute. With and evil smile they said just 2 word... band camp (shudder), yes I work with some very sick individuals.

Anyways I hope to have a list of all they AMVs that will be at PMX. Our scheduled 2 hour contest block will not be enough time for all entries to be shown; some cuts will be made. I apologize in advance that some works do not make it into the contest.
