AnimeNEXT 2003 AMV Contest - Rules Online!

Well, it took a little while, but the website people finally have the rules for the contest online.

AnimeNEXT:
- October 3-5, 2003
- Rye, NY (same hotel as Shoujocon, this year)
- 2nd year convention

- The contest will be screened twice, on two different days
- Categories!
- Both popular vote AND judges awards
