When I say I do believe, I'm basically saying I know it's in my track ;)

As for editing, while I didn't get a beta in nearly as early as you did, I've had one up for about a month and a half now

Flashes to drum rolls like that are lame. I prefer something synched internally, or a scene that just has lots of movement. If you can avoid the flashes and think of something more creative, definitely do it.

Beta was pretty good. I definitely think Last Exile fits better than Ah! My Goddess. I actually find myself not having too many specific things to complain about, but I really feel like there could and should be more going on. One thing I will say is that in my opinion, there really needs to be something synched to the drum roll at the end of your segment. Preferrably something pretty and colorful.

But yeah, definitely an improvement.
x2. Though about the drum roll part, I do believe that's part of my segment >.>

definitelly liked it, I think it needs a bit more of internal synch and maybe more beat synch, but overall I liked it. I agree with Bauzi in that ~00:11 is a bit too grey (compared to what you showed before).

Also ahhhhhh now I see why so much hurry to finish it O:

Just FYI, I kind of might be moving soon, so i don't know if i'll have internet or not. Depends on how soon i get a job, lol. If worse comes to worse i'll go to a internet cafe, at least i'll have highspeed there, lol.

Right now i'm stealing my neighbors wireless ...don't tell them >.>;

I've tried to make :04-:10 brighter in AE using expose, but it isn't consistent.
for :11-:14, I don't know what to do...the colors are so similar that I can't bring out individual colors. I've tried to sharpen this area as well (using sharpen in AE) with not so great results.

I'll try to change the darker colors from :04-:10 instead of trying to change everything, see if that is enough. If that doesn't work though, I'd like a few more ideas for making it brighter

I did change the transition at :03-:04, went less overboard with the color changes. When I get some more work done I'll get another beta out to you all.
next beta will also have the audio from my segment and only my segment (+ 3 seconds on each end for transitions)

hey guys, forgot to say I was going to leave for 3 weeks (I left some days ago), so while I found some connection I though I should say this.

So for the DBZ track, things look a bit hard for me, hope I will be able to make it O:

happy editing folks, and good luck with the project while I'm gone :)

@guy: The ftp doesn´t work for me. Again... Uhm I can´t log in with the username and password you pmed me months ago.

Alright it´s beta time!

You maybe know that I have the part with the heavy drumm rolls. I decided to sync it with piano keys. This beta is about: Editing (not about colours or this crap beta quality) of the basic clips and about the timing of the drumm rolls. How do you think about it?

In the end the piano keys should look like in the beta video "Bauzi-Beta-04-A.mp4". I guess you can still find it on the ftp.

Everybody who wants the beta sends me a nasty pm. Please write your ciritic here in the thread. Thx.

The upcomeing effects for the keys need a relativ high amount of effort so please give me critic about it now or never. I don´t really want to rework the whole stuff for some changes.
You can find me on YT under "Bauzi514". Subscribe to never miss my AMV releases. :amv:
