Based on the manga by Sekihiko Inui of Comic Party fame (which by the way, the 1st volume is released right now by Broccoli Books), comes a quirky action-adventure series where the sexy female bounty hunter named Falis somehow switched bodies with a runaway princess named Alita. You can read the synopsis here:

This is in fact a 6-episode OVA animated by Bee Train with a new episode being released monthly, and with the 2 episodes so far, this by far the most action-paced series they've done. This also wins with a bunch of quirky characters like for example those enemy gothic-lolita robot girls, and that spiky-haired skeleton guy with the scythe and the giant ogre who hangs around Falis. So far it's a fun series to check out. And of course, if we bump these two a little, then maybe.......

And dammit, it's supposed to be an OVA!!!

I like...
Not original, but the premise and fighting is worth watching. Unlike Slayers [which this series resembles to a fault] I didn't think there'd be THAT much blood [though human and nonhuman]
My one problem is the stickfigure physiques of these girls. That animation tech is sooo damn old these days...
[Give me fat chests and round bottoms ala Ichigo 100%]
But aside from that, the schizo atttude as well as soul switch was DAMN cool to see...

I hope he got killed, his annoying presence on my screen begged to get slaughtered by the uber sexy/powerful Murder Princess...
Her Dagger/Sword combo is a hot dual wield as well I think.
