FAAAAACCCCK! I can't believe this. They ruined angel. I knew this shit was gonna happen. *tears* I really liked her. *even more tears* I swear they better find a solution in the next episode, or else I'm gonna be seriously pissed at Yurippe.

On another note, Yurippe's close combat skills are INTENSE.

I have never really seen Gantz, so when I first started watching this, I was expecting some sort of Bleach/Haruhi hybrid. I'm glad it didn't turn out as such (though it does has a lil Bleach vibe, but I think it just may be the sausage:taco ratio or something). I don't really know what to expect anymore, but will continue following just for the lulz.

Oh thank God. I was so worried that Angel would never be the same again. Episode 9 just set up quite an interesting plot development. I doubt that Yuri will be fooled for too long though. And I'd really like to know about Angel's past. I wonder what she regrets.

Episode 9 has rekindled my interest for this show again. I enjoyed the further insight on Otonashi's backstory, and I'm liking Angel a lot more as a character.

(I almost want to say that she's going to end up being his hospitalized sister, but I'm probably just thinking that because he treats her like his little sister. =\ Except better. xD)

It makes me sad, that there are only 4 more episodes left.... also, after watching episode 9 and seeing exactly how Otonashi died made me think of this:

at the end, when everything is all said and done, Otonashi will rejoin his body as the rescuers find the survivors and he'll be given a second chance (or I guess you could call it a "third" chance) at life...

At least that's my thought on how it'll end

I sense much conflict to follow when Otonashi tries to (in a way) "steal away" (a.k.a. - pass on) Yuri's proverbial siblings

My wife added that, since Otonashi hasn't passed yet, that he is going to take Tachibana's place as she passes on once her mission is complete, making it to where they won't be able to stay together, just like in "Air" lol

Every-time Angel Beats tries to be dramatic, it always seems to come completely out of the blue.

Poor Girl Dead Monster. They lost another vocalist. Oh and, I actually would have liked to have Yui around for a few more episodes. But on the other hand, how can they possibly pass everyone on withing the next few episodes. I suspect a second season in the works.
