Oh god. Don't tell me things are really gonna go to hell in a heartbeat.
By the way, how similar is this version to the orginal since I never heard of this or the game before this remake? Is it worth tracking down the orginal in some way shape or form or should I baten down the hatches and prepare for something angsty in the coming weeks? Just please keep Ayu safe!!!I saw it coming but I was still a little shocked to see Makoto actually drop the cat from the crosswalk.![]()
At least we didn't see kitty blood everywhere and he came back at the end
. Though I did make me search for my two cats and give them both suffacating(sp) hugs.

Amano was definitely in the original visual novel, but I don't think Toei's version gave her more exposure.Bakadeshi wrote:did she appear in the first TV series at all? seems like a new face to me, I don't remember her at all. was she also in the game?angelx03 wrote: that girl Amano might prove to be interesting.
KyoAni's version is a complete remake from Toei's version; this new version follows the visual novel's events far more closely while attempting to interleave all 5 of the main girls' stories. KyoAni is pretty trying to avoid what they did to Air TV which is once the girl's story ends, they're never heard of again.Krisgo wrote:By the way, how similar is this version to the orginal since I never heard of this or the game before this remake? I would suggest that you hold off Toei's version until you finish this series is over. Toei's version is only about half the length of this, and they were some rushed moments. And not to mention it'll spoil the good stuff that'll come!

That smile gives me some hope for the rest of this show. That saves me a hell of a lot of time. I'm only about halfway done Air. Well... I have the episodes, but I got stuck watching Suzumiya and then this so I don't know what you mean by having the characters dissappear. Though that did actually happen with Michiru (or was it Minagi? Too confusing!!
)
But on a general note... I hate cliffhangers!! It sucks being one of the only people following this thread who never heard of this series before.

I have a feeling things are gonna go OSHI- real soon :<
Amano was around in the first show, but she was a side character...I hope they give her a little more of a role...maybe they will seeing as they gave Kitagawa and Kaori more of a role.
One of my favorite shows ever, and so far loving the new one.
