Ya ... plot seems pretty tame, but kabato is mildly interesting. Guess we gotta wait and see how it plays out.

I'll agree the plot hasn't grabbed me yet either, but Kobato is just too cute as a character to pass this up ;p Being clamp though, I expect the plot to pick up.

Episode 3 was mighty cute. To be honest I'm getting kind of annoyed with Ioryugi's yelling all of the time, but its not bothering me too much.
I loved the CLAMP anime references~
Me: *watches episode 3* Oh, that's cool. The apartment looks just like Chi's and Hideki's apartment. Oh hey, the landlady looks just like the landlady in Chobits, too! *watches some more* ... *realizes* Whoa. I am SLOW."

I thought I was prepared for the appearance of Chitose and the apartment from Chobits, I didn't expect a daughter, let alone both to show up. Damn, that scene was so cute I got diabetes.

Also note, Kohaku and Shuuichiro from Wish made an appearance. I heard there's going to be significant cross-overs between Kobato and Wish thus the reason this is going to be 24 episodes long.

And yea, I was also slow to pickup on the apartment being from chobits. Although I instantly recognized Chii and her sister. (anyone who didn;t needs to be smacked on the head, they were not trying to be subtle at all )

So far this is just oozing cuteness and that's about it D: I'm really hoping for some more development. But shall keep watching!
