Really nice work here! You're definitely becoming one of my favorite editors, that's for certain. 
Flow throughout the video was pretty consistant to the audio and justice was done to the video.
I wish there wasn't as many black fades everywhere during the action sequences, because that just kills the atmosphere of the atmosphere and screams "HEY LOOK AT ME! I'M A VIDEO!" I know that sounds odd, but usually AMV's that really just catch my attention are ones that act like movies or solid pieces. And unless the black fades are artisticlly needed [like they were at the beginning of the video going into the titles, I'm not an overly huge fan of them.
I've never been a huge fan of the mask effects around at the :46 mark. Matching the beat sync behind slower footage during a high paced song has never been a real neat effect I've enjoyed. It's kind of counter-intuitive.
Everything else is really quite nicely accomplished, and I really enjoyed it. 4/5
