Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

It's My Fault, Al

Post by guardiansoulblade » Sat Feb 20, 2010 1:35 am

I would like to thank Vic Mignogna for getting the rights to record and publish his remix on iTunes, I love this song and this remix is incredible because he used actual dialogue from the show in the song and recorded his own version of the Equivalent Exchange Monologue. Enjoy the AMV and buy the song on iTunes! I hope I can get away with this song for AMV contest entries because the dialogue is part of the song.
This AMV is best played in Windows Media Player. VLC Player always messes up the quality and sync.

My quality is fine and sometimes VLC player doesn't play it right, you have to start it over for it to sync right.

Complete criticism fail. This does not even rise to the level of criticism. It's a just a flame. There's no excuse for this behavior. This is the cancer that is killing a-m-v.org.

Granted, this was not the most exciting FMA AMV I have ever seen, but it was generally OK. The only real grounds for complaint are that there are many parts in which not a lot is happening, especially in the last couple of minutes, and there's lip flap (characters' lips are moving, and it's not synched to anything).

 fix'd

But i'll give you the thoughts on the video.

Didn't really dig it, Most of the way you synced it seemed odd and the effects usage really ticked me off at moments and isn't FMA 4:3? But wasn't really my cup of tea 2/5, Better luck next time.

Song was fucking sweet though :P

Trash it.

Also, make sure you don't have typos in the title of your announcement thread.

Then start editing.

Good luck ;x
