I'll give it a look and prolly give my opinion. newbies need a chance.
edit: ok so this is probably one of the best.. first vids i've seen. It was very solid action vid. You had good timing, you had decent flow..it was good
Some negatives though: First the subtitles, you should buy your anime, plain and simple...and if not get some that doesn't have subs or crop 'em out.
Another is you were kind of to effects heavy. Sometimes the heavy effects works, but there were a lot of points where it was just to much and something a little more simple would have really helped
I also would have really liked to see this in better quality

for the first video not bad, ok iam not a fan of One Piece but it was ok for me.
I must say NerdStrudel has said most of that i wanted to say, but i must say there were also many white flashes, reduce it a bit and it will be better.
So now work on some other videos without Subtitels and better quality. Good luck ^_-
