A couple of technical issues - first was the interlacing, and second was the blocking/bad quality encode. You might want to read the relevant sections of the second link in my siggy. 
And I thought it was a bit weird that you didn't put your name, video sources, and audio sources anywhere. (usually it's done in addition to mentioning it in the filename)
I don't watch DBZ and I don't think I've heard of Hancock, but it looked like a fun vid.
