Loved I Not Honor More

Video: Loved I Not Honor More
Category: Action, Drama, Instrumental, Serious
Anime: Kara no Kyoukai (the movie)
Composer: Hans Zimmer
Creator: Arcwave

When I make AMV's, I typically step into the instrumental genre. For this particular creation, I wanted to pay tribute to Fujino of Kara no Kyoukai movie 3. Probably the toughest obstacle while editing this was the sound editing. I borrowed sound effects from our personal studio and had to mix them to picture; this actually helps prep me for future legitimate work on film also.

For the AMV itself, I used a formally unreleased track by Hans Zimmer to set the mood. The song is very short in reality, but I added additional instruments to broaden the integrity of the music. I used Cubase SX along with my synthesizer to achieve that. Most of the bass sound effects were also done by me, so I recommend you listen with a 2.1/5.1 speaker setup to hear its original intended master.

Furthermore, I really hope you enjoy it. I stayed away from dialog, but left in some of the mouth screams (as that typically makes an exception).

EvaKid88 in the credits is just another alias I use on alternative websites (don't want any of you confused!) :P

Cheers!

There are three parts (as of yet). And yes, it is "interesting." Go check it out sometime. Even the visuals make it worth watching. And thanks for the comment.

Heh. If I would have showed that entire requiem toward the end it would have spoiled the entire scene! Nah, I decided to end it with the final cadence in the musical score. Maybe I'll go back one of these days and make it longer. I thought (as did others on other websites) it ended appropriately. Although I'm glad you were absorbed in it :)
