For the third year in a row, I saw your entry at Otakon and for the third year in a row, I enjoyed it ;).

To be honest, I wasn't a fan of the song itself (was a bit harsh), but I got over it since the editing was good and the concept was there. I actually initially thought during prescreenings that it was 'just another Vampire Hunter D video,' but the whole 'mirror' (duality) thing comes through pretty well and the effects are subtle.

Anyway, good work! I look forward to seeing more stuff from you (especially at Otakon since you're consistent). On a related note, were you in the creator section. I may have seen you, but I have a bad memory.

I really enjoyed this video at the Otakon screening, I thought it was one of the more original ones. I really liked the interweaving of the "mirror" footage with other footage - it gave the video an introspective feel.

Kudos on a great vid. =)

Thanks for the feedback everyone! I really appreciate it :D

DW---Yep, my husband and I were in the reserved section for the contest Friday night. I have medium length brown hair, he has long blond hair and ponytail (we don't cosplay, so that's the best description I can give you!) We were sitting directly behind a guy cosplaying Sephiroth.
I have no social skills whatsoever, so I usually just end up talking to my hubby, but if you ever see me at Otakon and introduce yourself, I'll be happy to talk to ya! :D

OK yeah then I'm 99% sure I saw you. I remember sitting next to the Sephiroth cosplayer with Corran (the site admin) for about 2 seconds, but then we moved. For those 2 seconds I thought someone behind me looked familiar so that had to have been you.

Unfortunately, we saw a larger open section (we had a large group with us) and since I am shy when I don't know someone (or am not sure if I do), I didn't say anything. What a horrible person I am :?

I'll be sure to say something...next year >_>.

Edit: Speaking of which, if you're not doing anything at the con, you should go to the AMV Panel and Iron Editor events. That's where 90% of the AMV Editors at the con go and where most of us meet. There is a group photo of all of us in the Donator's Forum assuming you can access it.
