  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.

Hellboy II - Trailer AMV

Post by SamuraiJake » Thu May 15, 2008 6:49 pm

Hey, the summer blockbuster movies are already coming out, so I decided to make an AMV trailer on one such movie that nobody else has touched yet. Hellboy II is coming out in July, so if you want to see big Red save the world once again, you might like this AMV I put together:

Hellboy II - The Golden Army

As always, enjoy ^.^

That was pretty good, but the interlacing really killed the encode quality.

Yeah I know about the compression issues. I was converting a Final Cut Pro 6 video into a Windows format (for some reason, FCP6 won't convert to windows easily,hmm...)

But anyway, thanks for the comment.

ugh. I think you should really take more care about viusal quality. It screws the fun of watching it.

Ok that aside I´m still not pleased with the trailer. The editing + scene selections where often too uncontroled and chaotic. They often didn´t really worked together. Also I wasn´t really sure if this should be funny or if it is just a very bad taste in selecting scenes.

Gnah... overall I suggest you to make it look more controled in thermes of scenes and editing. It still has some good points.
You can find me on YT under "Bauzi514". Subscribe to never miss my AMV releases. :amv:
