As if I needed proof that fast amvs are not my style, here's the vid that would have given me ADD if I hadn't had that already.

To tell you in honest truth. I didn't really dig the entire vid as a whole. My attention span was nowhere to be found. And I thought that the entire thing was meaningless.
Did like 1:09 though. I can give you credit for your reasonings for this specific segment.
All n all: This video is pass and go. Watch once only.
Would prefer to see some time put into something good though, because I know you're capable of making talented works.
"Quality over quantity," as the saying goes. That's my thought.

You seem to missunderstood what I meant by fast editing. I was talking about the fact that this amv is like, at least 2x faster than any song I've used before. It acctually took me over three nights, which is unusual compared to all my other recent amvs. And as an extra step, I'm even using a 26 episode series as opposed to my usual (All my past efforts other than Awwwbeno have been movies) :/servo101010 wrote:Would prefer to see some time put into something good though, because I know you're capable of making talented works.
This isn't some kind of quantity thing :/

Holy Oversmoothing, Batman!
I liked this, a lot. Your editing kept up both aurally and lyrically. External and internal was well-balanced. It fit the insanity of the series. It was also over fast enough that it didn't make me sick from movement. Any longer and it might have.
But I have a lot of gripes with the quality. Oversmoothing, high levels, random macroblocking, jaggies... I think you made the same mistake I made with Popularity, and overfiltered the fuck out of this, and it doesn't look good.
