Although generally DB is loled around here, I sometimes enjoy watching a good DB AMV. It kind of reminds me when I was younger... anyway...
Yours isn't one of the good ones, no offence. In fact it's bad bad bad. I would be a lot nicer if and only if you were a bit modest.

Listen, you have potential. Your editing was not that bad at all and timing was also very good. You can do A LOT better than that. Read some of the
guides figure out how it's done, ask questions where you don't understand. This is how it's done. And I suspect you used downloaded footage.... DON'T!
And above all else, don't go around telling "this is my ultimate video"... No body will ever take you seriously. It would be a lot better if you said "Hey guys I am new at this, this is what I made, please tell me what you think about it." I am sure that you would get a lot of response. People are willing to help here you know...
