First in english, next in italian.

After numerous attempts, finally I made it and now can show my new AMV. It focuses on the Freeza Saga last episodes and especially on the Super Saiyan's birth. I was listening at Muse's Showbiz and suddenly was inspired: I had to use it to make a music video! So, among the various footage from those episodes, I chose the clips that better fit the song. This music video isn't a simple summary 'cause I tried to make everyone realize, following the rhythm of the music, how the characters feel: at first they are afraid of Freeza's incoming, then they get frightened and feel pain in facing him and being defeated by him and at last here is the rage that drives Goku to turn Super Saiyan. Please turn the volume up while you're watching the vid so you can follow the music gradual increase: it starts at a lower volume and then it raises, matching the characters' feelings like they are showed in the images. To make this vid I used Adobe Premiere 2.0. It's a very amazing program that allows you to do everything when you manage to have a good control of it. So it took me some time to complete this video, but it doesn't matter because I improved my capabilities! And I still don't believe that's only my second AMV! A special thank to Francesca, who pushed me to submit it to this site, and to my sister Sabrina that let me use her PC to make it! ^_^

Finalmente dopo innumerevoli sforzi posso finalmente postare il mio nuovo AMV. È dedicato alla parte finale della saga di Freezer ed in particolare alla nascita del Super Saiyan. L'ispirazione mi è nata semplicemente ascoltando la canzone "Showbiz" dei Muse: DOVEVO usarla per fare un amv ed ho scelto, tra i momenti finali dell'avventura su Namecc, le clips migliori che si adattassero alla musica. Questo music video non si limita semplicemente a narrare le vicende, ma con esso ho cercato di trasmettere, grazie alla musica, le sensazioni dei protagonisti. All'inizio sono di paura e tensione, quelle che nutrono tutti nel timore di incontrare Freezer, poi si trasformano in terrore e dolore, quando devono combatterlo e vengono sconfitti e soffrono, ed infine sfociano nella rabbia, quella che scatena la trasformazione in Super Saiyan. Consiglio caldamente di alzare il volume delle casse del vostro PC mentre lo guardate, perché così seguirete meglio anche il crescendo della canzone che parte all'inizio molto bassa di tono ed aumenta seguendo l'evolversi di queste sensazioni, come viene mostrato nelle clips. Per creare questo music video ho usato Adobe Premiere 2.0 e devo dire che è un programma stupefacente perché, dopo che si riesce ad acquisirne una certa padronanza, ti permette di esprimere tutto quello che vuoi. Ci è voluto quindi un po' più di tempo per finire il video, ma ne è valsa la pena, perché ho imparato tante cose. Ancora non ci credo che si tratti solo del mio secondo AMV! Ringrazio Francesca, che mi ha "obbligato" a candidarlo per la pubblicazione, e mia sorella Sabrina, che mi ha permesso di usare il suo PC per crearlo ^_^
PS... ah vi piace come ho "colorato" l'energia sferica? XD

I think its great but

I say get rid of all those dumb effects. The color changing was fine, but your dramatic story doesn't blend with retarded zoom ins and voice overs.

I was able to ignore them because I like the song...

NEXT TIME keep it simple

All those effect have a function to underline the feelings of carachters.

I'm sure our brains can imagine the underlining with just an intense song. It's just overkill that destroys mystery.
